Observe
One thing you can do is just watch seasoned preachers teach various bible sermon topics. This can include topics you like to talk about. Figure out how to absorb what you’re learning. These folks worked hard to develop these skills, and you can benefit from them if you pay attention.
Practice
You need to give yourself the opportunity to practice. You might give sermons on Sunday, but you should do this at other times as well. Find other ways to preach, maybe during youth events, or maybe you can preach at private schools or nursing homes. The more you practice, the better you will be.
