Meet the Vets
There are many skilled and experienced vets at Yorba Regional Vets. Dr. Steven Dunbar, DVM, is one of those vets. He also happens to be the owner and founder of the animal hospital. Dr. Dunbar received his Doctor of Veterinary medicine degree from Kansas State University before moving to California in 1984. He brings not only 25 years of experience to the table, but also a mission to serve the community to the best of his ability.
Dr. Andrea Jones-Bogan, MS, DVM earned a BS in Biology and Chemistry and a Master of Science degree in Cellular Biology at Cal State Fullerton. Her Doctorate of Veterinary medicine was obtained from Colorado State University. She has been with the Yorba Regional Vets team since 2005.
Dr. Beckie Williams, DVM joined East Hills Animal Hospital, the original animal hospital owned by Dr. Dunbar, in 2002, shortly before the new Yorba Regional Vets facility opened. Dr. Williams obtained her Doctor of Veterinary medicine from Kansas State University in 1985.
Dr. Billi Jo Fremont, DVM became a member of the East Hills Animal Hospital in 1996 and continued with Yorba Regional Vets.
Dr. Craig Fujioka, DVM, is a Southern California native who began his career volunteering with the East Hills Animal Hospital until earning a BS degree in Biology and Animal Physiology at UC San Diego. His Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine was earned from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Gary Tateyama, DVM began as a kennel attendant and technician until attending Colorado State University and earning a DVM degree. Dr. Grace M. Matsuura, DVM, Dr. Kathleen Johnson, MS, DVM, and Dr. Karla Costa, DVM are also on the team, along with other vets and staff members at the hospital.
