This keeps things in control and the Sta-Put system is simplified to avoid the more pricey systems. Sta-Put is designed to compete with the more expensive dynamic positioning systems. Offering the safety and convenience of Sta-Put on lifeboats can add confidence and safety to typical lifeboat drills and general operations.

Installed on lifeboats, our Sta-Put system enables the vessel, once released, to return to the correct lifting position automatically by utilizing the “Go Home” button. The boat can move away in any direction with a touch of the joy-stick.

Sta-Put dynamic positioning is a total solution. A small on-board computer controls the entire system: conventional propeller, stern thruster and continuous duty bow thruster. This eliminates much of the former stress, and time, associated with mandatory lifeboat drills, or emergencies. Safety of passengers and crew is paramount. Ease of operation is increased greatly.
