The Cimarron Bad Boy, as already mentioned, isn’t an exact replica of any one gun, but an amalgam that brings the best features together. The aim of the designers was to keep the look and feel of a classic handgun but make it relevant to the field today. Made with deeply blued carbon steel, it has a pre-war grip frame styled after the Colt 1860 Army and is available with either a six or eight-inch barrel.
Cimarron’s 1873 Saddle Shorty is a recreation of the Winchester ’73 carbine, possibly the most famous rifle from the Wild West. This rifle has an 18 inch blued octagonal barrel, a straight walnut stock, and checkering on the stock and fore-end for better grip.
