Harder to Open or Close
Windows should always be easy to open or close. If it’s getting harder to harder to open or close your windows, it could be due to the frame warping or developing cracks. Over time, these cracks or warps separate the frame from the glass and from the rest of the house. If possible, have someone shine a flashlight along the outside of the frames. If you can see the light through the frames on the inside, then you need new windows.
Wet Window Glass
It is normal in the early morning or after a rain shower for windows to be covered in condensation. However, it is not normal for the condensation to be on the inside of the window glass.
